The customer service skills are subpar. If you have a receipt from a product with a warranty they hassel you about getting the free replacement. They shouldn't sell products with warranties if they don't want to stand by their word. An employee actually told me to go to another advanced store because the manager doesn't like to do those things. I shouldn't feel bad or be put out of my way because a manager doesn't want to replace parts that are warranty covered. Thankfully there was a warranty for the head lights or we'd have spent hundreds of dollars to replace them.

My daughter ( too busy with her College Courses) calls me up and tells me her car is acting funny. I make a 3 hr trip and take her car to Advance Auto to do a scan. It comes up the 2/5 Pistons/spark plugs are misfiring, so we go inside and see if they have the coil pack in stock. They didn't but directed me 6 miles down the road to another Advance that did. Replaced the coil pack within 5 minutes and the car is now humming like it should! Thank you Mr Dunn in all your efforts and friendly knowledge in putting us on ease and on the road.
