Had a terrible experience with staff at this store and district manager for Advance regarding a claim submitted in regards to product malfunction. Would not recommend purchasing from Advance or this store. Feedback: Handle the claim more professionally with careful consideration of documentation provided by us and better customer service.

I needed my battery and alternator tested, and I only had to wait for about 10 minutes (while the equipment was being used on another customer's car). The moment that the other person's car had finished being tested, the scanner was handed off to a guy whose shirt read "Jose" (my receipt identifies him as "Jose S."), who beckoned me outside without even letting the door close. He confirmed my suspicion that the battery needed to be replaced, and eased my concerns about the alternator by showing the display on his scanner, showing that it was putting out 14 volts. We walked back into the store to get me a new battery, which I intended to install myself. He insisted on installing it for me. We had a great conversation while he worked, and he had me back on the road very quickly. I have not been impressed to the point of leaving feedback in years, but that is certainly the case today. Jose, you rock!
